1. Services Provided

Happy Homes Cleaning Services offers residential and commercial cleaning services in Cincinnati, OH and Northern Kentucky. Services must be scheduled in advance and are subject to availability.

2. Booking & Payment

• All bookings can be made online, by phone, or in person.

• We require full or partial payment at the time of booking depending on the type of service.

• Payments are securely processed through our payment partners.

• Missed appointments or cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

3. Satisfaction Guarantee

We strive for 100% customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your service, please notify us within 24 hours. We will return to re-clean the missed areas at no additional charge.

4. Client Responsibilities

• Provide access to the property at the scheduled time.

• Ensure that the home is in a safe, accessible condition for our team to perform cleaning duties.

• Remove valuable or fragile items prior to the service.

5. Limitations of Liability

Happy Homes Cleaning Services is not responsible for:

• Damage caused by pre-existing conditions or improper installation of fixtures/appliances.

• Items not disclosed as fragile or valuable.

• Pet-related messes unless specifically included in the cleaning scope.

We carry liability insurance to cover accidental damages directly caused by our team.

6. Property Access

If the client is not present at the time of service, arrangements must be made in advance for key or code access. We are not responsible for delays or inability to perform services due to inaccessible properties.

7. Cancellations and Rescheduling

• Clients may cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before the scheduled service without penalty.

• Late cancellations may be charged a fee equal to up to 50% of the quoted service.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio and any applicable federal laws of the United States.
